
Spicy Tuna NamBites

Ingredients:

NamBites plantain chips

1 can of tuna (drained)

1 tbsp mayo or Greek yogurt

1 tsp sriracha or hot sauce

A few drops of lime juice

Chopped green onion (optional)
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix tuna with mayo, sriracha, and lime juice.

Spoon a bit of the mixture onto each plantain chip.

Garnish with chopped green onions if you like.

Serve chilled as spicy little bites.
