Spicy Tuna NamBites

Ingredients:

  • NamBites plantain chips

  • 1 can of tuna (drained)

  • 1 tbsp mayo or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp sriracha or hot sauce

  • A few drops of lime juice

  • Chopped green onion (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna with mayo, sriracha, and lime juice.

  2. Spoon a bit of the mixture onto each plantain chip.

  3. Garnish with chopped green onions if you like.

  4. Serve chilled as spicy little bites.
